Their mission? To ignite the potential of youth and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow through the Soroptimist International Durban Youth Activate program.

At the heart of this initiative lies a simple yet powerful belief: that every young person possesses the ability to make a difference in the world. With this mantra as their guiding light, the Ladies of Dignity have curated a program that not only educates but also inspires and empowers.

Through a series of engaging workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and hands-on community projects, participants are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to step into leadership roles and effect meaningful change in their communities.

But it's not just about developing leadership skills; it's about cultivating empathy, fostering resilience, and instilling a sense of social responsibility. It's about nurturing a generation of compassionate and proactive global citizens who are ready to tackle the challenges of today and shape the world of tomorrow.

From organizing fundraisers for local charities to raising awareness about pressing social issues, the impact of the Soroptimist International Durban Youth Activate program at Avoca Secondary School extends far beyond the classroom walls. It's a ripple effect that touches lives, inspires minds, and ignites a passion for positive change.
